Mr. Kluwe's name and portrait appearance are based on that of NFL punter Chris Kluwe, an outspoken pundit and hardcore gamer. He was also an avid World of Warcraft player, playing as a Troll Rogue, and backed Shadowrun Returns on Kickstarter which explains why he appears as a Troll in Shadowrun Returns.
