'''Microdeck''' is a corporation headquartered in Seattle, UCAS. It rose to prominence in the software industry in the last decade of the 20th Century. After the Crash of 2029, it ironically recovered a leading position only on the hardware market, where its lines of products were previously limited to minor peripherals such as mouses, keyboards, and joysticks.
Ever since its incorporation, the company remains under the control of the founding Gates family. The current CEO is Brian Gates III.

Hey guys, can someone please put the right map on the Tir Tairngire page? The Tir Tairngire map should be there instead of the Athabascan Council map. Thank you.
-Scott
There's unfortunately no Tir map. --UserMshieh 1525, 1 Nov 2004 (Eastern Standard Time)
I thought Kyoto was now the capital? --UserMshieh 1518, 1 Nov 2004 (Eastern Standard Time)
Don't look at me, I didn't write this. I know that Neo Tokyo is talked about in the new Sprawl Survival Guide, and follows much of what's written here (the YoTC earthquakes hit it and it's rebuilt soon after. Janus, one of the Japanese ML members, joked about this on his webpage). However, I don't have a copy of SSG, so I can't confirm. I know that it's implied that Kyoto is the captial in Cyberpirates, and is explictly mentioned in the Tokyo Sourcebook, with an earlier earthquake devastating Tokyo plus magical reforestation of the Imperial Courtyard (the JIS project use parts of this setting).--UserYoungFreud 0327, 2 Nov 2004 (Eastern Standard Time)
I feel weird replying to 5-year-old comments, but Corporate Enclaves calls it the Imperial capital now, so there we are. --UserOboreruhito 2208, 6 August 2009 (EDT)
