Far from the laser-lit Club Penumbra or the nova-hot dance floors of Dante's Inferno is the smoky interior of '''Matchstick’s''', a private jazz-nightclub and bar located near the Space Needle in Seattle Center. Matchstick’s transports you back to the smoky jazz-joints of the 1920’s & 30s, decorated in dark wood, rich leather, polished brass, and green glass. Live Jazz music takes the center stage most nights and secluded booths allow for private conversations. Carl Steward, the manager, makes the Club’s back room available to members for a small fee (2060's {{src}} p. 37). This place is popular with the cool and understated of the shadowrunner set. Admission is members-only, although members are permitted to bring guests (¥5 cover charge per guest).
