Hey, so, I'm looking at this, and it makes zero sense.

I was interested in using the twin cities in a campaign because they're a non-coastal American sprawl irl with a visible history of intercultural exchange, which is a cool thing you don't see much in cyberpunk lit.

The metahumanity breakdown kind of works, but the rest... The white population adds up to 37% combined, even though the listed total is 78%. The hispanic total adds up to 89%, despite the combined total being 3%. The asian total adds up to 93%, despite the total asian pop being marked as 5%.

Are we just skipping the the concept of "other" in reaching these sums? Because "other" is a thing and it fixes a lot of this math.

More importantly, it's weird that "black" is a blanket term and ignores cultural identity. Like, zero distinction between the Twin Cities' established African-American communities and thriving and welcomed Ethiopian communities?

Where does this page draw from, because I'm extremely confused.

Those numbers are unofficial, I removed them into a separate article.

== Cleanup ==

Wow. There's not a lack of information on DeeCee in Shadowrun (most of it is, however, almost 20 years old). So what gives? What's with all the non-canon and extraneous "information"?

== Re Cleanup ==

I'm wading through all the source material on DeeCee, but there shouldn't be any more non-canon material in this article.

==non-official content==
We should put the non-official information into a separate article.
--UserShxLoki (User talkShxLoki) 2158, February 1, 2017 (UTC) Is there alrady a page for that or should I create one?  I didn't find one from a quick search but I figured it wouldn't hurt to have a second set of eyes. Also, I assumed that there was already unofficial content on the page given the non-canon tag that it had.  If we are to create an unofficial page to compile this other information should we also move the things that were originally on this page that were not canon? Let me know your thoughts. UserDBuckLee (User talkDBuckLee) 1210, February 2, 2017 (UTC) The tag is from the Dumpshock wiki era can at some point be retired. Obviously it is difficult to identify canon content when mixed in with unofficial information. So right now the solution is to move it out, Portland (Tir Tairngire) (unofficial) and Minneapolis/St. Paul (unofficial) are examples. I created the page for the unofficial version and yes everything non-canon should be moved. --UserShxLoki (User talkShxLoki) 1724, February 2, 2017 (UTC) That makes sense.  Thank you.  I will work to port this information to the unofficial page and continue adding there.  Thanks for the guidance on this. == NonCannon ==

Most of the stuff on this page now has it's documentation referenced clearly. I made up the districts, in the spirit of other cities (Seattle and Denver in particular) based on my meat-body knowledge of the city (it's my hometown). I'm not sure where the demographic information came from.

Is it sufficient to mark the non-cannon information unofficial? Should it instead be seperated into a St. Louis (unofficial) page, or does it need to be stricken from the wiki entirely?
