'''Miller'''''Half-Life'' PlayStation 2 instruction manual is a member of the Black Mesa Security Force who gave his likeness and voice to the Holographic Guide for the Black Mesa Hazard Course for Security Guard Training.

Although he first appears in the ''Blue Shift'' Sector A|Hazard Course, he is first identified as "Miller" in the Hazard Course Training schedule from the ''Half-Life'' PlayStation 2 instruction manual. According to that schedule, Miller's holographic counterpart instructs Barney Calhoun on May 12|May 12, 200-, at 0800 (this is the ''Blue Shift'' Hazard Course). His holographic counterpart was also to instruct Otis Laurey on May 17|May 17, 200-, at 1630. Laurey apparently cannot make it, and Gina Cross suggests to Colette Green to ask Barney to replace him. Regardless of what was finally decided, none of this happened due to the Black Mesa Incident.
