The '''Luminous Path Society''' (Chinese: 明道) is a Hong KongTriads|triad and the rival of the Red Arrow in 2052.
==Background==
JC Denton helps the two triads end hostilities by uncovering the conspiracy behind the theft of the non-eutactic blade, stolen from Red Arrow labs by Majestic-12 operative Maggie Chow.
JC Denton also gets his killswitch deactivated by Tracer Tong after gaining the trust of Gordon Quick. Tracer Tong then gives JC the task of infiltrating the VersaLife laboratories and retrieving a ROM module needed for the Triads to mass-produce the non-eutactic blade.
Afterwards, JC is tasked with obtaining the schematic of the Gray Death virus particle and data on the molecular structure of the Ambrosia vaccine from level 2 labs, which also houses the Universal Constructor. The Constructor is subsequently destroyed by JC, on the advice of Daedalus. Among the data retrieved, Tong finds connections between the shipment of the virus heading for New York City and the Illuminati.
In the end, it is revealed that Helios, in an effort to demonstrate its capabilities, declares the triads of Hong Kong illegal and, as Paul Denton explains, locks the compound of the Luminous Path. The group's fate is not known, but it is assumed it fades as the world plunges into Collapse|The Collapse.
