A responsible and dedicated doctor, Allred is a veteran of the war between the United States and the Russo-Mexican Alliance in Texas. He has dedicated his life to helping the poor and disenfranchised in the Free Clinic in New York.

The player can aid the doctor in dismissing a patient he can no longer cure. If the player convinces the patient to leave peacefully, then Allred will offer him access to the medbay and a supply of medkits, both for a 40% discount.
